| Step one: | Tell me what you are looking for. | |
| Step two: | I will send you a proposal describing my services and flat-fee pricing. | |
| Step three: | I will send you the preliminary plans and 3d renderings. | |
| Step four: | Send me your feedback on the designs and I will revise them until everything is exactly the way you want it. | |
| Step five: | Once you have approved the design, I will prepare the construction drawings. | |
| When the construction drawings are complete, I will email them to you as a PDF file. You will be able to make as many copies as you like. | ||
