Pricing

Step 1:	Tell me about your project or call 800-782-1985 for a free consultation. Once I have all the information I need, I'll send you a free quote for my services.
Step 2:	I will send you a proposal detailing my fees and payment schedule.
Step 3:	I will send you a preliminary design. After you review the design, I will make any changes or modifications that you request for no additional fee. We will continue this process until the design is exactly the way you want it.
Step 4:	Once the design is exactly the way you want it, I will prepare the construction plans designed to meet your local building codes. The completed plans will be emailed to you as a PDF file unless you've purchased printed sets.

House Plans: Typically 50-75 cents per finished square foot for a basic plan.

Detached Garage Plans: Starting at $200

Addition/ Remodeling Plans Based on scope of project. Contact me for a free quote.
