House Plans

Are you looking for stock house plans, the kind that you can order from a magazine or online? Below are a few good reasons why you should work with me instead:

Price:  When you look at the total cost of building a house, the fee for working with me compared to the cost of ordering a stock plan is virtually the same. On average, we are both less than 1% of the total cost of building a new house so why not get exactly what you want?

Save money:  Sure, you could save a little up-front money by purchasing a stock plan but I can find ways to make your plan more efficient and utilize the space to suit you better.

Free Modifications:  If you buy a stock plan you are stuck with the plan as-is. To make even simple modifications, these companies sometimes charge thousands of dollars! With me, I will show you a preliminary plan and then make as many modifications as necessary until it is exactly what you want for no additional fee!

Building Codes:  Here's where you can get stuck again. If you buy a plan "off the rack" it may not be designed for your local building codes. I will design your plan to comply with your local building codes. I will even make modifications at the request of your building official if necessary.
